ORCHESTRA CELEBRATES THEIR CENTENARY WITH A GLOBAL AUDIENCE FROM PRG‘S LIVE SPACE!
Birmingham's OPUS, JA Productions, and PRG collaborated with CBSO for a socially distanced 75-piece orchestra performance, celebrating CBSO's centenary globally.
ADNOC Schools held their first ever virtual graduation ceremony to honour and celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2020.
PRG were briefed to deliver a technical solution for three individual livestreamed campus ceremonies, bringing together students, parents, teachers and stakeholders in a way in which was fitting of the times and recognised the considerable hard work of this year’s students.
PRG’s hybrid event solution incorporated two physical stages at its studios in the UAE and the UK, hosting Principals who were filmed live into the ceremony to give their speeches and acknowledgments. Both studios were equipped with ROE LED walls and LED floor with a lighting, audio and keynote package.
The ceremonies featured a combination of live and pre-recorded addresses from various stakeholders including ADNOC School board members, honorary students and teachers. All pre-recorded elements of the presentation were filmed using Sony HCX100 Camera’s capturing the records with AJA Ki-Pro Records. PRG operated all three hybrid events from its facility in Dubai and the livestream was hosted on the school’s website and social media channels.
Harry Lister, (Director Account management PRG Middle East): “This event was a great example of the global support PRG can provide its clients. When we were approached by ADNOC Schools we had to find a solution to allow the three headteachers, who were located across various locations and countries to make it appear seamless to the students watching from home. The goal for everyone involved in this project right from the start was to give the students the next best thing to a physical graduation. The feedback we received afterwards from so many of the various stakeholders was that we managed to do that.”
